Check in kiosk for late arrival was horrible. I called the hotel to confirm they had a room and they wanted to charge $80/night more than the online rate.

#1 Quality The staff was amazing, the young man working the late shift had a smile on his face anytime I saw him. He was very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself was spotless and comfortable. 10 out of 10 experience. Will definitely stay here if I’m in the area again.

I tried to call the office for 2 hours. No one would answer the phone. Then it redirected me to a cell phone and they wouldn't answer that either. I couldn't leave a message because the mail box was full.

Very clean, and quiet. We requested a room on the back side away from the not busy road/highway Comfy beds, and window opened so we could enjoy the fresh mountain morning air. Mixed nicely with the delicious aroma of breakfast wafting up from the free hot breakfast below. It was the final stay in a National Parks vacay, and it wins over GCNP lodge, Painted Desert and more. Helpful staff and nearby Ramon’s had yummy food until pretty late.

It was clean. We were surprised by the kiosk virtual check in. We arrived late but was met by a Very friendly virtual host. The place needs to be updated but we would stay again.
